When we work together, you can expect:
A calm, structured space to explore what’s been overwhelming or stuck
A plan built just for you with targeted sessions that focus on the heart of your pain, not surface symptoms.
Real results, not endless coping skills. Think deep, lasting change you can feel in your body and life within days, not months.
An accelerated path compared to traditional weekly therapy. Here, we move quickly and intentionally because you want relief now, not next year.

Hi, I’m Hannah.
I am a licensed therapist serving adults across Florida and Alabama, both in person and virtually.
I help people move through the places where life feels stuck. This includes patterns, memories, and emotional weight that often do not shift with talk therapy alone. My work is grounded in trauma informed care and evidence based approaches like EMDR and Brainspotting, and my style is calm, collaborative, and deeply personal.
More than anything, I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen and understood. In our work together, there is space to talk about what is really going on, including the things that feel hard to name or have never felt safe to say out loud. This work happens without judgment and without pressure to perform or explain yourself in the “right” way.
I bring both clinical expertise and real human presence into the therapy room. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long, and I know that meaningful change happens when care is intentional, well paced, and supportive.
You do not need to push harder to heal. You deserve care that truly meets you where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
About EMDR Intensives in Pensacola, Florida
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy used to help people heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or triggering.
Instead of only talking about what happened, EMDR works directly with your brain and nervous system to help “file away” traumatic memories in a healthier way. Many people experience relief faster with EMDR therapy compared to traditional talk therapy, which is why I specialize in EMDR intensive therapy in Pensacola, Florida and virtually across Florida and Alabama.
-
An EMDR intensive is a longer therapy session designed to help you make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.
Instead of attending therapy weekly for months, EMDR intensives allow us to work together for several hours or even multiple days. This focused format allows us to address trauma, anxiety, or difficult experiences more deeply and efficiently.
Many clients choose trauma intensives because they want faster results, deeper healing, and fewer disruptions to their busy schedules.
-
While everyone’s experience is unique, many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control of their thoughts and emotions after a trauma intensive.
Clients often notice:
• reduced anxiety and emotional overwhelm
• fewer intrusive memories or triggers
• improved confidence and self-esteem
• greater emotional regulation and clarityBecause EMDR intensives allow us to work in longer sessions, we can often reach the root of trauma rather than spending months only addressing the surface.
-
EMDR therapy intensives can be helpful for many types of emotional struggles, including:
• childhood trauma
• medical trauma or chronic illness stress
• religious trauma
• anxiety and panic
• relationship trauma
• burnout or overwhelming life events
• persistent negative beliefs about yourselfIf you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like traditional weekly therapy hasn’t fully resolved the issue, an intensive therapy approach may be a good fit.
