You don’t have to wait months for things to change.

What is an eMDR intensive?

EMDR Intensive Therapy offers a transformative approach to healing by condensing traditional therapy into focused, immersive sessions. This method enables clients to achieve significant progress in a shorter timeframe, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and PTSD effectively.

Having longer intensive sessions that are dedicated to breaking through the barriers you face is so powerful.  With more uninterrupted processing time, you can make so much more progress than is possible in weekly therapy.

If you’re ready to feel like yourself again, say goodbye to intense feelings of stress and anxiety, and welcome more peace and balance into your life - then An EMDR intensive may be for you!

Before, During, and After Your EMDR Intensive:

A Personalized Journey

Pre-Intensive Consultation:

We begin with a comprehensive interview to understand your goals, current challenges, and support systems, ensuring a tailored approach to your therapy

During the Intensive:
The EMDR Intensive focuses on two primary objectives:

  1. Making the painful moments in your life hurt less.

  2. Helping the positive moments feel even better.

We achieve this through EMDR reprocessing and resourcing activities, all enhanced by the bilateral stimulation central to EMDR.

Depending on your needs, we may focus on your earliest relationships and attachment experiences or take a more future-oriented approach. The process is deeply personal and fully customized to your unique journey.

After the Intensive:
Following the EMDR Intensive, we meet for a Post-Intensive Interview to reflect on what was most impactful for you and discuss how to integrate these insights into your daily life. You'll have the opportunity to consider how to share your progress with those who matter most, inviting them to celebrate and support your continued growth.

This process is tailored to you—empowering you to heal deeply, grow boldly, and live with greater clarity and connection.
